作品の採寸方法と撮影方法について
作品は、絵画やドローイングの場合は縦・横を、彫刻の場合は縦・横・奥行きを正確に採寸してください。作品の裏面や箱に貼ってあるシールに書かれた情報や本人の書き込みなども、あわせて報告いただければ幸いです。
写真は、平面作品の場合、絵がゆがまないように、カメラに対して画面が垂直になるよう固定して撮影してください。ただし、額装が反射する場合は斜めから、絵柄がわかるように撮影してください。また、作品に均等に光が当たるようご配慮ください。ライティングが不十分な場合、自然光が好ましいです。画像の保存形式は最大容量にしてください。1点3メガまで、各作品につき3点までの写真が登録できます。スキャン・データも受け付けております。
登録いただく作品の写真は、確認のためのものですが、書籍の掲載に使用させていただく場合があります。また、別途、作品を撮影させていただくお願いをする場合があります。あらかじめご了承ください。
コレクション登録のために作品を調べていただく際、作品に損傷があった場合、弊社では責任を負いかねますのでご注意ください。

How to measure and photograph the works
Please measure accurately the width and height of the work in the case of paintings, drawings, etc. and the width, height, and depth in the case of sculptures. It would help if you also forwarded details of any information, notes by the artist, etc. written on the back of the work or on the label on the box.
Two-dimensional works should be photographed secured in such a way that the surface is perpendicular to the camera to prevent the painting or drawing appearing distorted. However, if the frame creates a reflection, the work should be photographed from an angle in such a way that the design can be clearly seen. Also, care should be taken to ensure that the surface of the work is evenly lit. If there is insufficient artificial lighting, it may be best to photograph the work in natural light. Please save the photograph using the largest available file size. Up to three photographs of each work, each with a maximum file size of three megabytes, may be registered. Scanned images will also be accepted.
Although photographs of works being registered are for identification purposes, they may end up being used in the final publication. Please note that we may also seek permission to take additional photographs.
Our company will not be liable for any damages made to the work while being inspected for the purposes of collection registration.
